Director Mike Mills is moving on from his modern mountain home in Nevada City, CA. He recently listed the more-than-2,000-square-foot place for $3.3 million.

Mills and his wife—director, actor, and author Miranda July—appear to have been married here in 2009.

The eye-catching estate was built in 2008, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Architects from the Japanese firm Atelier Bow-Wow designed the three-bedroom, two-bath abode—the firm's first (and only) home project in the United States.
